We guarantee that all of our products will be shipped to you free of defect in material and workmanship. Should you receive material that exhibits defects in material and/or workmanship, notify us within 3 years from the date of order and Metal Tech, Inc. will refund and/or replace any product found to be defective at no cost to you.
To obtain a refund or exchange, our customers must obtain a Return Materials Authorization Form from NBI Corporation, and ship the product to be returned, back to NBI Corporation along with the Return Materials Authorization Form attached to the material.
WARRANTY. Metal Tech, Inc. WARRANTS THE MATERIAL FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS REGARDING DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP ONLY. THIS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY OFFERED FOR PRODUCTS ORDERED. METAL TECH, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCT FOR SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Metal Tech, Inc., its officers, employees, agents and contractors shall have no liability whatsoever for statutory, general, special, consequential or tort damages with respect to uses of product purchased including loss of profits, business or goodwill. Metal Tech, Inc. shall in no way be liable for any damages for any reason whatsoever that would exceed the replacement value of the material.
